1>The machine works in low temperature condition(80,120 degree) ,it can efficently avoid damages food's nutrition caused by high temperature.
2> In the low temperature condition, it will stop the edible oil to go bad, and no need to add antioxidant. Generally speaking, the oil content of genereal fried food is 40%-50%, but for our machines, the oil content of the final product is 10-20%.it can save the oil make the final product to be crispy but not greasy.
3> Keep fresh color. In vacuum condition the oil temperature is decreased greatly and oxygen in the oil is also decreased much. It can make the food keep its color especially for Kiwifruit.
